presenting paper

Last week, I finished writing paper for symposium in Kuala Lumpur on 12-13 August 2009. This is a good chance to visit my relatives in Malaysia. After writing 2 journal paper and 1 conference paper, I manage to complete this paper within 1 week........ wowwww.

Don't worry about money because Hitachi will suport me....hahhaa

This is definitely a very short entry due to my too-busy schedule.
Anyhow, better late than never as the saying goes.
After 1 week edits the format of my conference paper, I manage to publish to the
journal : Transaction of Materials Research Society Japan.
Arghhhh a very difficult part with Adobe Photoshop……..edits the graph and figures.

Phd vs cooking

My PhD clock is ticking fast.
Thesis writing is quite demanding
Writing blog is part of my research in virtual space

Phd is like cooking
i feel like a chef
Experimenting with the ingredients
creating new recepies for every chapter

Always baking cake at higher temperature....... until my chair is warm .....Huuuhuuu

Writing makes me hungry,
especially for chocolate cake !!! wow yummy

Academic profession

Today, I have submit again my paper to supervisor after correction. So that I can write more in this blog.

Lecturer is one of academic profession. Yesterday, I received a good news from my scholarship foundation. They will sponsor me if i want to continue my research in Japan or to present in the conference. This is a good chance for me to come back here after I graduated. I also can have a chance to present paper in the international conference which I can go anywhere all over the world. I can upgrade my profession to senoir lecturer, Associate professor and Professor. I don't know how long does it takes but I will work hard to achieved that.

The most important thing, I have to submit the article by the end of this month and then finish my phd as soon as possible.

Starting word

This is first time, I try to write and publish my word to the public. I am a phd student in Japan university, therefore the title of my blog is phd san. In Japan, san refer to Mr/Mrs.
I am very busy with research work, so that I don't have time to write blog. But today, after I send my article to my supervisor to be published in journal, I have a plenty of time to create this blog. Hopefully, I have time to continue and update this blog. I am very happy if anyone can give a comment to my blog.
